OFC Wolves, members from FASA Affiliate league, Central Florida Soccer League, and winners of the 2020 FASA State Cup, have become the first CFSL team to make it through the qualifying rounds booking a ticket to the first round of the 107th edition of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
CFSL’s Wolves had some impressive performances in the first three qualification rounds finishing with a combined scoreline of 11-1 before winning the fourth round via forfeit due to injuries and COVID-19 outbreak that plagued their opponent.
This is an amazing opportunity for one of our member teams to play in the U.S. Open Cup proper and we will be keeping tabs on the Jan. 19th Cup draw to see who they will face off against in March 2022.
